What are your hours?
Breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Lunch is served from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Our coffee shop is open from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and Wednesdays.
Do you serve breakfast all day?
No. Breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM daily. Lunch service begins at 11:00 AM.
Do you take reservations?
Reservations are available for our upstairs gathering space and conference room. General dining is currently first-come, first-served unless otherwise announced. Call us at (319) 419-4423 to make a reservation.
Do you have space for large groups?
Yes. Our upstairs dining area can accommodate groups of up to 50 guests, and our private conference room seats up to 15 people. As long as there are open seats on the main floor, you can pull tables together as needed.
Do you have a kids play area?
Yes. Dutch Country Kids is our indoor play area designed to give families a comfortable place to enjoy their visit. The play place has several climbing features, a slide, a sensory wall, and a toddler area.
Do you offer takeout?
Yes. Guests may place orders for pickup and enjoy their favorite Dutch Country Table meals at home.
Can I order in the drive-thru?
Our drive-thru is currently available for pickup orders and select offerings. Check with us for current availability.
Do you serve coffee and specialty drinks?
Yes. Our coffee house offers fresh-brewed coffee, espresso drinks, lattes, smoothies, refreshers, teas, and more.
What makes your food different?
We focus on quality ingredients, including locally sourced products when available. We cook with beef tallow, bake fresh bread, make many sauces in-house, and partner with local producers throughout the area.
Do you serve Amish food?
Our menu is inspired by the traditions and hospitality of Kalona's Amish and Dutch heritage while also featuring classic American breakfast and lunch favorites.
Are your ingredients locally sourced?
Many of our ingredients come from local farms and producers, including eggs, dairy products, meats, cheeses, and baked goods whenever possible.
Is your restaurant family-friendly?
Absolutely. Families are at the heart of what we do, and we welcome guests of all ages. We even offer games that can be played right at your table!
Can you accomodate food allergies?
Please let our team know about any allergies when ordering. While we do our best to accommodate guests, our kitchen handles common allergens.

Kalona offers unique shopping, Amish country experiences, local attractions, bakeries, coffee shops, ice cream, museums, and scenic countryside drives. Many guests make Dutch Country Table part of a full day exploring the area.
